I went to Dr Shermak based on a referral from another doctor. I am so glad with the results. After 3 children I had no waist and had to tuck my skin into my pants. She did a tummy tuck and some love handle lipo. Pain was pretty bad for weeks but it was worth it. Now I have a nice waistline and feel confident in my clothes. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!


I think she did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend her.

Lucyinthesky, I'm also having this surgery with Dr. S. in a couple of weeks. Could you share a list of supplies you needed for a comfortable recovery/things you wish you'd had?
