Had the cool sculpt procedure done on my lower abdomen and 4 weeks later I am already seeing results - yay! The procedure is easy, took about 1 1/2 hours, and caused very little discomfort. Afterwards I did feel bruised, although there was no visible bruising. I was able to exercise normally the next day with no issues. I no longer need to "squeeze into" my six 6 jeans, they slide right up! Am considering doing other areas - inner thighs and love handles. Thank you Dr Chappell!!
