Day 2 after surgery..

Because I remembered to take my pain med (Vicodin) before I went to sleep, my sleep throughout the night was much better and I didn't have near as much pain in the morning getting out of bed.
After reading all of your posts, I am not sure if I went too small. I am shorter 5 ft 2 1/2 inches. My ps put in 275's, high profile. He said bigger ones might make a lot of side boob so 275's were the best for me., and the profile was good for this size as well (he explained why but I can't remember what he said.
Of course right now they are huge and very hard and they look humongous! (To me at least).
I have questions and would love to hear what you all think.
Food question: I have read about a lot people eating crackers and water after surgery, and I have wanted real food almost right away! It may be because of having all those Christmas leftovers that I don't want to let go to waste. ??
I have gained 5 lbs since the surgery. I realize the implants have some weight to them, and I am swollen right now, but it definitely scares me thinking that I am gaining all this weight and won't be able to get it off later.
I am walking around fine, but when I try to do something that requires me to push my arms downward I get sharp pains throughout either breast.
Bra question; I am wearing a black, front opening black bra- it is so cute..But I feel so much pressure that I take it off just to let theme breathe a little. I have heard that some doctors say to keep the bra on at all times, while other ones say not to wear the bra at all. I am going with what my doctor says to do though so we'll see.

I wanted shape, but not huge implants. I ended up getting 275cc's. I let my dr decide which to use during the surgery- he had all sizes there. I didn't have to pre-order them. I have a smaller frame, but wanted to have shape. So far, so good! It was a great experience overall, now in the healing process!
