5 yrs post op at my surgery weight. The result was ok! I just got a bbl round 2 not with this doctor. Sometimes you need more work after round 1. Be careful because unfortunately i had very little fat left to harvest after round 1. They are asking me to write more and i really don't have much to say.

After all swelling is gone. I am a little upset I did not schedule a 2 stage surgery. I noticed some symmetry issues on my sides and my butt. Since I tried to squeeze everything into one surgery I will be forced to pay for the same areas of lipo twice.bummer..... Also I noticed after swelling went down the roundness of my butt did also ????. I still have a shelf but it seems to drop off instead of rounding out. So I had to get another quote and it was for 7,000 to 8,000. This upset me a bit my original price that I already paid was 13,300 and I got a nice amount of work done. For the new 7,000. I will be getting abnominal lipo back lipo and a fat graph to butt all second rounds. I just feel like this was a little unfair. I did gain a little weight to see if my butt would fill out some... It did but I still have some spots with less volumes the other areas on my left butt cheek I will try to uploads some pictures I have been busy lol

And that is exactly what I recieved. Dr. Shermak was a fabulous choice for me she treated me like family the whole way. The morning of surgery she was very focused which made me feel like I was in even better hand. All of the nurse's were extremely caring which made the anxiety disappear. What I recieved was nothing less then what I expected. If you are looking for body contouring,scar revision, or a larger butt feel free to ask ????'s I will post pics when I get them all together before and afters but trust me I look amazing!!!????
