Weight loss progress
So I've been taking the phentermine 37.5 pills & so far I've lost 6 lbs which means I'm at 169. Just a few more & I'll be at my goal for a surgery. I'm going to post my before pics in a few minutes but i wanted to get this done.
Losing weight with Phentermine
So I'm probably going to lose about 25 lbs so that I can be around 150lbs for the sx. I've been taking Phentermine 30mg for about a week to help lose the weight. Im going to start taking multivitamins so I'll still be getting some nutrients.
