31 Years Old... Breast Implant Revision and Rhinoplasty - Bal Harbour, FL

It's been a few weeks and the swelling has gone down. Right side is still slightly higher. Hopefully it will go down. they are at a more symmetrical level now luckily. Although I think I could have gone bigger (boob greed rears it's ugly head), I am happy with the improvement so far. Can't wait to see how regular bras look.

About 10 years ago I went to Dr. Krau for implants because I was flat as a board. If there is anything flatter than a board, that was me. I was 20 years old when I first got them and I was extremely happy (I'm not sure what my original size was) but I had saline implants because that was the only legal option for the first time (according to Dr K) and he said I could exchange them for silicone after 6 months. I was ecstatic to have boobies, going from non-existent (not even A cup) to a full C cup! Anyways, I noticed my left breast was a little lower than my right one about 1 month after surgery. I told the doctor but he said the other would drop eventually. I never pursued it and the left one remained lower than the right for 10 more years. I didn't really have the time or cash to go through another surgery. So fast forward 10 years and here I am, 31 years old and finally getting my implant revision. I had the surgery on 8/3/15 (it's been 5 days). He lifted the left breast and they are looking pretty good considering it's only been 5 days. I told him I wanted to go slightly larger without going a full cup size but now looking at them in the mirror I think I could have gone larger. They look kind of small to me but I know they still have to drop and take shape. I've also never really liked the shape of my nose (I had a dorsal hump) so I figured I may as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone and minimize the time spent under anesthesia. It's 5 days post op and I am starting to feel a little depressed. I have huge bruising under my eyes and I can't breathe through my nose. I am confined to my house because I look like a freak show! I have spent most of my time looking at this site and comparing my progress with others. I never thought I would write anything on here but everyone seems to be so supportive!
