3mth mark!!!
Today is my 3month mark!! Super happy with my results so far. I am back at the gym with no restrictions. I can tell when I do too much I still get some swelling in the hip area but overall I am doing great and loving my results with no regrets.
7 weeks post op today.
7 weeks post op today. At work, feeling great this morning. loving my results. started back to the gym two days ago. Step class was a bit of a challenge but made it thru the whole hour and started walking 3 mIles a day. feeling great.
