“Bad Invisalign Experience”

My four front uppers were crowded. I just wanted those straightened. I was told that I would need just thirteen trays, both upper and lower, and that the process would take six months. It is now a year and a half later. The four teeth are still not straight, and my teeth no longer mesh together, making chewing an adventure.

This morning I will be seeing a new orthodontist to see if the mess that Invisalign has caused can be repaired. When I, or my dentist, or a member of his staff tried to talk to the Invisalign people about my case, they were uninterested in doing anything about correcting the problems. There is no customer service.
