Dr.Gershenbaum is AMAZING! - Aventura, FL

After having my implants in for about 6 years i decided that they were not done properly and needed to be changed. My breasts looked low and i had noticeable dents and rippling. After speaking with Eyra who is not only very helpful but also sweet; she assisted me through the whole process of sending photos for the doctor to review that eventually led to a phone consultation with Dr.G. After that one conversation i knew Dr.G was the surgeon in whom i trusted to fix my breasts. He asked me what i wanted and then gave me REAL answers. He told me my goals would be achieved but that i needed to do a lift from inside my breast, replace the implants and potentially place a graft "strattice" to eliminate the rippling for most of my tissue was destroyed by surgeon #1. I loved how real and re-assuring he was. I could tell from my consultation that he was a surgeon who is proud of his work and is not one to just do "quick" jobs. After doing all of my lab and paper work in NY (where i live) i flew in a day before my surgery to have another in person consultation with Dr.G. I was so comforted by his whole staff that i was going to be fine and really happy after its all done. Next day was surgery.. i arrived on time and was greeted by his P.a. Marlon who was going to be assisting him in surgery. Marlon is so cool, comforting and professional. He was setting up the room while i had another last meeting with the anesthesiologist who then knocked me out so gently and soooo good that i didn't even think it was going to happen. After finally waking up from surgery i was still so calm because of his whole staff who are just perfect as a team. They are very attentive and professional. I received follow up phone calls from the nurses and Dr.G to make sure i was feeling o.k, i was taking my meds properly and that all was good. I stood in Florida for a week and a half and had many follow up appointments spaced a few days apart to make sure i was looking and healing well. I felt so taken care of. This staff actually CARES! I have to say my whole experience was heart-felt for i not only achieved my expected results but more! Dr.G is very talented he is a perfectionist and a true artist. This is a surgeon that cares about his work and gives phenomenal results! He does live up to his name as "Best Plastic Surgeon". The day he gave me the okay to leave back to NY i was mixed with emotions for i knew the process was over but i couldn't be more appreciative, thankful for his work and his awesome staff and of course Happy with my results! I would recommend Dr. G to anyone considering any type of plastic/ reconstructive surgery. He is AMAZING!
