He did a breast augmentation with asymmetry correction and I couldn't be happier!! I was so self conscious of the unevenness I had on my breast. Beach season was always a challenge for me. After my surgery, bikinis are no longer a challenge!!

Hi Stephanie,

When did you have your augmentation? Do you have any recovery tips for the other women in our breast augmentation community?

I had it about a year ago. My recovery was great! I had it done on a friday and i was back to work on monday. About 3 weeks out no one could tell it was done, not even at the beach. It took about 3 months for the swelling to completely go away and for me to see full results. The main tip I would give women is to
1) Look for a Plastic surgeon to perform surgery not a "cosmetic surgeon"
2) Take a picture with you for the Dr. to have an exact idea if the breast size you would like.
3) Wear support bra for a full month.
4) Sleep on a couple of pillows for at least 5 days
5) Massage to get softness back and it also helps you gain sensation back faster.

Those are the best tips i can remember from my surgery. Feel free to ask anything
