A week away to ONE YEAR PO!!!!
Hey there RS world!!
This update is for you!!! I know before surgery I was looking for long term results.. Well here it is!
I feel great!!!.. Booty looks like mine!!! Prefect size(well to me)! Like I said before.. I still work out and eat healthy!!!! Ummmm lets see.. The only other thing I do is I wear my cincher!! To this day.. At night... I feel like it helps with my stomach and back!! That's about it.. Here's some pics!

I am now 8 months PO.. Feeling great. Booty holdin up!! I CANNOT STRESS ON HOW ITS VERY IMPORTANT to eat healthy and workout... I feel like my butt is not as jiggly.. I feel like I'm getting some butt muscles! :D
Anyway.. Just wanted to do a quick update.. I know before surgery I was addicted to RS.. And I wanted to see long term results.. Here's a pic!

4 month update.
Hey RS world...
Just a quick update for u ladies...
My body has and is healing very nicely! Let's see... I wear cincher and AB when I can at night..eating healthy and excersise is KEY ladies!!!! I work out at least 2x or 3x a week. Mainly focus on legs, booty and weight training... Ummmm what else.. I love how everything fits me now.. I didn't get a huge booty like some girls get.. So I still fit all my old clothes.. But they all look real good. ;)
Hubby loves my booty.. As much as I do! Lol
Well that's all I got ladies.. Here's a 4 month. Pic
