Okaay, so I have been debating on this surgery for a long time and I finally decided its a yes. I have researched multiple Dr. and Salama has been by far the most sucessful in my eyes. I live in California and I would love to find a local Dr. but, I want great results and the California Dr. dont have as much experience and most of them cost twice as much. I found Dr. Hegg and he is booked and I was placed on the waiting list. I have no idea when the next appt is available with him. Besides, Salama is known to be very aggressive with the lipo and for giving you a itty bitty waist. Thats what I am looking for. I plan to travel to Aventura and possibly finding a vacation rental to rent with someone else. It would cut the cost in half and provide supp ort. Does anyone know what the process is for Appt. with Salama? With all that being said, I want to thank you all for sharing your life with me and the others. God bless you all.

Okay, so called Salama's office and appt. are in nov. I called Hegg's office and I was able to set it up for August. I would have loved to go to salama, i just can take the time in Nov as it is our busy time at work. This is a little surreal. I' m in like sin.

My appt is set for Aug 20! with Dr. Hegg. I went in for my consult and he said he can do about 600-800 of fat! i need to get my grub on cause if im going thru al this trouble its gonna be worth it! i want it supper big just in case it goes down..... whats funny is that he didnt even ask me what I wanted. When is it that you go into detail about your wish pix? is that the pre-op?

I had my pre-op last week. Dr Hegg gave me the scripts for the meds and he explained the process. He said it would take about 4 hours. He then took photos and we went over the wish pix! I'm ready for this!

Had my post op visit. Hegg was great and lifted my spirits. He said it might get bigger, if I gain weight. He said its perfect for my body and a good size for my boobs. I asked about round 2 and he said we won't know the real results until after 4 months...

i love the shape. My butt has gone down considerably and my tummy is still swollan. The dr. said its too early to tell. i just dont want the butt to shrink anymore :(

How many cvs did u get? My butt has went down a lot,my 500cc, looks like 300cc to me, and my surgery was August 6,scared to see how it's gonna look 6 months from now....

So, the surgery went well, the first day was horrible and im in so much pain still. I can get myself comfortable. my booty is nice, i dont want it to go down anymore! its been a little over a week and drove for 15 min. I HATE this garmet'!

Hey Chel! This is really ironic! I too was going to schedule with Dr. Hegg, but at the time I called he was booked til September and I wanted to get it done before the Summer was over. I've been a freak of this website for some time now and it appear that Dr. Salama is very popular. I agree that he does and excellent job with defining the waistline. However, I can't afford to get the procedure done in the timeframe I want, pay for it, a flight and hotel. So, I've done quite a bit of research and decided to go with Kenneth Sumida in Folsom. He doesn't have a lot of work posted and line, but it you go to a consultation (which by the way is FREE with him) you can look in the book and see his work. I told him I wanted him to be aggressive and even showed him some of Dr. Salama's work. He liked it too and said, he could and would do whatever I liked for him to do. He recommended 1000 to 1100 cc's per cheek for me. I'm scheduled this Saturday. If you have any questions, hit me back and I'll be glad to share with you what I know. Good luck!!

omg! I am so anxious to see your results. I wish I would have read this before hand. I called Dr. Heggs and was able to get a quick appt. I booked the surgery date prior to my initial consult. I knew I was going to do it for sure. I love Salama's but i can afford the trip deal, im also scared of being so damn far from home!!! My appt is August 22! and I am scared!
