Double Jaw Surgery, Septoplasty and Genioplasty
I currently have braces on in preparation for double jaw surgery. The
surgery will involve zygomatic osteotomy, bilateral osteotomy,
genioplasty and septoplasty. By having this operation done I hope to
achieve a more ideal facial bone structure (less of a flat face and more
pronounced cheekbones and chin). I also hope to lessen chronic sinus
issues I have but my main focus is aesthetics. I plan to have
rhinoplasty as well but as I can't afford yet I will have it at a later
date.

I have mid-face deficiency, and I want to have maxilla expansion surgery asap to fix this and to provide me with more cheek projection. I'm am also hoping this will fix some of the asymmetry in my face, provide more support for my eyes and lips and balance out my features and improve my side profile. I've heard rough numbers of the cost being around $12,000. My bite is currently not too bad, my upper palate is narrow but i'm hoping I wont need braces on for long before or after the surgery. I would love some opinions on whether you think this surgery would be right for me or suggestions on which procedures to have. Thanks a lot.
