Was told that my Invisalign journey would take 18 months to straighten upper teeth and close gaps in lower teeth. After 14 months of commitment and money I was told that I needed another year of treatment. Even after nearly 2 and half years the issue with my upper teeth was not fixed and required an onlay to disguise the fact that Invisalign could not sort it. A very expensive mistake. Think very carefully before going ahead with this treatment unless you only have a simple issue to sort.

Dr Estimation: 9 trays/ 5 months I thought the price was great I have had braces as a kid...

It really is a bummer when treatment time goes over what was estimated, isn't it? :-/ Do you mind me asking if you were being treated by an orthodontist or a dentist?
Also, what particular area did you have the onlay done?
