I am 47 years old 5'2, over the past 2 years I have blossomed from 120 to 135 pounds.
I carry all me weight in my tummy, flanks and back. I eat healthy & run 4 miles 3 - 4
times a week. This regimen has not moved one ounce of my roll. Two weeks ago
I scheduled an appointment to get info on smart lipo. Booked the surgery before I
walked out for July 20th. Was not worried or anxious.
My experience was wonderful, the nurses were friendly answered questions and
made me comfortable. I read some people experienced pain during the phase
injecting the lidocaine - did not experience that. The actuall procedure was pain
free as well. I have been home 4 hours, resting in bed - took one pain pill and
feeling fine. A bit sore but nothing unbearable. Can't wait to go to my follow up
tomorrow and see how I look. I do expect bruising, ect but excited. I am taking
Arnica to help with the bruising.

more pleased! Pain has been manageable - equal to a strenuous core work out. Have only needed pain meds at night just
to sleep comfortably. The worst part is the compression garments - not comfortable -
Will be happy to move into spanx in a couple of weeks!
