Use for under eye. After 1st week of some swelling looks great. If you have swelling beyond this time, use caffeine topically and push down w/ fingers.

Thanks for the review. You mentioned if you have swelling use caffeine topically, where does one get caffeine topically, like coffee? Please keep the community updated.

For topical caffeine:
1. Green tea bags
2. Coffee oil (rub fingers on
perked grounds)
3. Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roller (take this w me to derm and apply before treatment)This is a good price and convenient package.
