Fantastic

My motivation: tired of carrying large cumbersome breasts that made my neck, back (upper & lower) hurt, my shoulders, even my shoulder joints hurt. Not being able to run or exercise. There were no "cons" to this, only "pros". This is one of the best decisions I've ever made! Surgery went great. Had a little problem with nausea, ok.. So I vomited.. I did have drain tubes which he removed the next day. I live about 2 hours from Austin, so I had to spend the night in Austin & have a follow up the next day. I did have a few scares. Since I don't have drain tubes, the old blood is seeping out. That sent me to my PCP last week. Then my right breast started oozing a clear, yellowish tinged with pink fluid.. And when I bent over - it would shoot out!! So that led me to call my sister, her husband is a RN. And we FaceTime'd my right breast. But other than that, I haven't had any problems at all. I haven't had really much pain to speak of.. Just a lot of soreness.. So, when they say "take it easy".. Do so!! I saw my pics from my consultation.. And I cannot believe that they were just so huge (36DDD)!! I'm 5'2" and weighed 161 at the time of my pre-op appt. I can't wait to heal so I can start exercising again!! So blessed my insurance company approved this surgery.

Wow!! Very knowledgable! Explained the whole procedure, showed me how the cuts would be made, great bedside manner, very caring, made sure that I knew all risks involved. There is not a bad thing I have found or anything to complain about. I can only find good things! His nurse, Wanda.. What a wonderful lady! Very caring & compassionate! The office staff - they are just as wonderful and helpful! I probably drove them nuts before surgery - no one ever growled or complained. Every time I go - they all have a smile on their faces! I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful team of caregivers!
