I am doing research to get silicone implants in January 2013. I am 5'10" and 154 lbs. Have 2 kids (4.5yo and 1.5yo). Nursed them both and have saggy barely B cup boobs. Looking to go to a large C/small D.

I have consulted with 7 plastic surgeons and have 2 more consults next week, but I'm trying to find better reviews to figure out which one to go with. It's not an easy decision and I'd love some help! Who was your surgeon and how was your experience? Thanks!

Thanks for starting your story on RealSelf! It sounds like you're really doing your homework. I think you win the award for most consultations! Maybe you've already seen this list of doctors in Austin who do breast augs, but here it is just in case.
