33, 5'10" 200 lbs - TX

It has been almost 9 months since my BBL and have reconciled that I will need another procedure to obtain what I originally wanted. These pics show me heavier than usual in anticipation of doing another fat transfer, but the lack of projection is still apparent. No worries though. I will be getting silicone gluteal implants in addition to fat transfer instead of a revision. No telling the outcome of a second bbl eh? I'll be posting later on this.

So a fellow RSer pointed out that my results were less than ideal and to seek out another PS. I hesitate because if I get a revision within 6 months I only pay for the anesthesiologist and surgery center. It will still be around 2-3k but I know ya'll have found good BBL PS for that price, plus travel expenses of course. Why am I so hesitant to go find someone else? Do I feel obligated to stick with this one for some reason? I do keep hoping and wishing that this next time will be worth it, but should I risk the $$$ ? Advice? Also, I keep remembering just how bad off I was before, and see my changes now, and can't be too upset. I feel like my butt is the exception since it is soooooo hard to find ideal pics to refer to for my body type .

Hi all! I have finally come to terms with the fact that I have to have a rd 2 in order to get any REAL results. I had a deficit in the booty dept. which required my PS to just set a foundation and something to work with for next time. So as of now, I am looking forward to the swelling to go down in my tummy but overall, i am pleased with the lipo. I still have to use my padded undies for my booty but in a few months, no more.
My booty is starting to soften up in places and I can tell there is new definition and modest curves where there were none before. So I can't be too displeased right? Oh, I also have accepted that my buttock skin was and is not very elastic so it needs to be stretched out, so only a certain amount of fat got transferred, what my skin would allow. Stupid booty skin! So bruising has gone down in the pubic area as well. I'll post pics from 7 days post-op, then try to get some from today up later.
