Feeling good and swelling is very minimal at this point. My scar is still dark in places and with my skin tone not sure if it will get lighter. But loving my results from my surgery. Wish i had done it way sooner! A consistent clean diet and exercise have been key for me. When I eat like crap my belly does start pooching so I def try to eat clean and do a good amt of Cardio and weights throughout the week. Here are some progress pics!

Feeling great, working out, trying to eat clean 90% and still feel this is one of the best decisions I ever made. Very happy!

Swelling Sucks. That are at end of day. I just got done with a Jillian Michaels dvd. Ouch.

Great consult & helpful staff. Not only did he spend time explaining in full detail the procedure and answering any questions I had, but his patient coordinator has been in touch with me regularly via email answering questions, etc. Above and beyond! I feel I'm going to be in great hands! Update :1/16/15 so happy with my results! He's truly a perfectionist and great at what he does. Very thorough during my post op appts as I'm currently going thru the healing process. Highly recommend!
