I had Zoom whitening for just not very bright teeth. I have no major stains but they were fairly off-white/yellow. After my recent checkup - Healthy teeth, my dentist approved Zoom. The dental technician did the standard procedure: coated my gums with a liquid dental dam, cotton, mouthguard. Then I had 5 15min sessions with the Zoom Light. The first 3 were fine, the last 2 started getting a bit tough. I squirm a bit and had trouble relaxing in the exact same position so I had a bit of stinging towards the end. Holding position the whole time is rough but manageable. I had the zingers, and they are unpleasant, but you go through what you have to if you want to have a modern cosmetic procedure. I walked around the area before driving back to relax some. The zingers caused a cringe, but weren't highly painful.

Now my teeth are 2 shades whiter; Modest, but Appreciable Improvment.
