This is my first day (first tray) and I am excited. It feels strange, I had braces in my late teens and twenties and it feels somewhat the same. I feel the pressure and I talk with a mild lisp. The jury is still out about how I feel in terms of being able to take these aligners. I like being able to take them out to eat and brush my teeth but it may be a bit of a hassle at work, Especially when I have to go out to lunch with vendors, etc. I don't know if I should take them out when I leave the office or at the restaurant...lol......
Also (and I know I am wrong but......) I love to crunch on soft ice. I used to do it all day at work. Now, I can only let it sit in my mouth and melt. Not the same at all...lol......
Well, here's looking forward to the next 6 months ice crucnhing free!!!! lol.... :)

Hahaha, you are right that the ice crunching isn't good for your teeth, so perhaps the Invisalign will give you straight teeth and break that habit for you. :)
Since you have had traditional braces before please continue to fill us in on how the two styles compare!
