I had mine done in Atlanta, GA in June 2010. I got married in August 2010 and wanted to look the best I could for my wedding. I'm 58 years old and my husband in 5 years younger. Many people tell me that I look younger than him.
There were no surprises. I have worked for physicians for many years and realize that some people want miracles done. I just wanted to look a little younger and refreshed. I reached my goal. I can't think of any cons. I would do it again without hesitation.
