I have no complaints so far and don't expect any. The staff members that I met were polite and very helpful. Kay Love was amazingly helpful. Mariana was devoted to helping me get my financing. Monique was very comforting. Dr. Klein gave me the impression that he was confident with giving me a flatter tummy and honest. I liked him before I met him. He called to check on me after surgery and showed concern for my late arrival on surgery day. I don't remember much about the procedure because I slept through it. I do remember telling Dr. Klein twice that I felt something and guess he took care of it. I didn't have any bruises and my incision sites are very small. I overlooked one for days. I expressed to Dr. Klein that I don't like scars. He asked about a previous scar and used it instead of making an incision elsewhere. I asked him to go through my belly button and he did. He listened and remembered my request.
