Reviews you can trust, from real people like you.
How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Pros no problem with payment process, if you pay cash or used care credit/credit card.
Con - instructions pre op were different post op - this resulted in a mess. I literally thought I was going to bleed out right in front of my mother. Who wants to have to pay for hotel mattresses and sheets??
Con - Saw and spoke with doctor briefly one time - Kind of wondering if he did the surgery to be honest.
Con - Bedside manner - still waiting for that one
Con - Got more follow up calls and after care from Petsmart when my dog went in for his routine shots.
Con - I paid thousands - why am I the one doing the follow up calls? Suggestion hire extra staff -
Pros- The nurse that helped after surgery - came to hotel - Con - it should have been built in to the cost or the option for a nurse explained up front - Who wants to pay additional $100 plus an hour for someone to show you how to change the bandages and massage after spending thousands on procedure, supplies, and travel expense.
Con - Phones - if you can ever get through to speak to a staff person then you might get your questions answered. Still waiting to speak with doctor about my concerns regarding my procedure. After three phone appointments set never heard from Dr. Andrew Jimerson. No one called to cancel or rescheduled. Still waiting on release to sign so I can simply get medical records at this point. Going to cost me $9,000 more dollars to try to get what I want.
Con - My butt sits too high. One cheek is higher than the other. Not sure if that is part of the J curve effect. Still trying to figure out if in fact there was fat added to my hips or if liposuction was performed on back at bra line and flanks - Fat still on flanks. Con - if someone tells you to gain more weight, 9 times out of 10 you don't need to - Either you have enough fat or you don't. You will only end up needing to loose weight after the procedure, which means money is lost because you will more than likely loose the fat from the butt transfer as well.
Con - Experience was like an assembly line at a factory - next ! In the surgery center the staff had on regular clothing (black j curve jogging outfits) where everything is suppose to be sterile. I was praying to god to not let me get some type of infection. Who does that? For that reason I would be scared to refer or have another procedure done.
So do your homework before getting any procedure, check references and speak to other patients if you can. Bring photos and be clear on what YOU want and what the doctor can do. If its hard to get through to speak with doctor or anyone run. Do not depend on photos shown in the gallery - Of course doctors will not show photos of bad results or photos of post op a year later. Bottomline nobody has money to waste.

I had one interaction with Dr. Andrew Jimerson - It lasted approximately 3 minutes, if that long. Who cares about customer service as long as you making money. I gather I would have gotten better service and results if I was on tv. This doctor has no time for the regular people.
