I had my first Exilis treatment on Thursday. It felt really good, my technician put this conductor pad on my thigh which grounds youa nd then she started my treatment by applying baby oil and then the wand device to my abdomen. It felt like a hot stome massage but with a littloe bit more heat. Thee was no discomfort or burning at all and I lost a few inches. I was told to drink plenty of water before each treatment and after to keep my body hydrated. I do not have any excess swelling or anything and my tummy is looking way better after. I have 7 more treatments to go!
