Mannnn I wish I would've known about "RealSelf" when I got my procedure done (5 months Post-Op)! Everyone is very insightful...I love it! My overall experience was GREAT I wouldn't change a thing... well except for that Dawg-gone drainage pouch (Very aggravating...)!
My personal goal was to just look better in my clothes... especially dresses! I would avoid wearing them because I was flat up top but had a little hump at the bottom (not a good look at all)... Oh but I would tear a two piece suit up because that flat part was covered by the blazer...lol!
Now I just have to get back into a workout routine (esp. since I've developed this CRAZY pac-man syndrome)...before surgery I was really doing a lot of cardio but now Post-surgery I have to do more strength training. My recovery as a whole has been pretty much speedy with the exception of the slight numbness in my lower inner thighs which I was told is expected.
