The staff was very friendly during the in person consultation back in August. That was 100 bucks where most places it's free. I understand they don't want their time wasted though so whatever. My surgery was scheduled , i chose additional areas I wanted lipo like Arms, bra roll, thoughts etc, I paid the down payment and Monica gave me some prep papers with garment info, and seating products to help you not sit after the BBL. after my initial consultation and down payment I felt that subsequent calls to the office were not returned or took way longer for a response now that they had thousands of dollars! Michelle is wonderful and down to earth. A pure sweetheart. Dr J came in and was more personable than I thought/read. He made some suggestions, told me to gain 5 pounds and that was it! Now I am on the count down to a voluptuous body in less than 3 weeks!
