Staying focused
This is going to be a long journey but I'm going to stay positive and optimistic I got about 4 month until my Surgury day just got a new personal trainer and today was my first day with her and I must say so far so good so no more playing around for me as of now changed my recovery house just looking forward to a successful surgery
