All my life I've had a flat unappealing rear end in my opinion. Then I began to have children. I gained weight loss weight and gained it back. In 2011 I gave birth to a set of identical twin boys. I lived in the hospital for 2 months and was given steroids. I gained a whooping 40 pounds! Now 2 and 1/2 years later I still have all the weight of the twins. I'm hoping to gain a small shape from the smart liposuction and a more appealing rump.
