Soon finally on the flat side had my Sx with dr Almonte yesterdatr

My countdown has begun and I'm waiting impatiently lol I'm not much of a blogger but promise I will give you all the details of my Sx and recovery....
Well something is on my mind WHAT ARE REALISTIC RESULTS ???
I have wish pic but how am I to know if those shapes are realistic for my body I have dropped a few pounds since I started my journey now I'm down to 173 5'7" here are some of my wish pic is this obtainable ?

So I've been waiting to here back from a doctor to be honest any doctor just to know my messages and request are being received ! I am ready to get my procedures done lol and so is everyone else next time I won't wait untill tax time if I wasn't so thirsty I would wait until off peak season I just want it done tho and everything seems to be lined up right now the kids the husband , the job I guess if it's ment it will happen . I want to go to the DR to have it done to my first choice is dr Almonte ,an then dr Yily Dr bias I think all there work is equally great I guess it's a matter of who contacts me first even tho I spoke to Dr Yily already I just feel like Dr Almonte is my Doctor has anyone made contact with any of these Dr's in the last few days?? Is anyone else looking to be a doll in the Dr please

I've talk to Lesley and paid my deposit I wanted to pay In Full so I wouldn't have to worry about money when I got there bit idk I haven't been able to contact anyone or get a response from anyone they didn't even tell me what airport to fly into...... Should I be alarmed Dr Almonte does such beautiful work and I really want her to be my Dr I just need a little more communication .
