Just Searching for a Doc - Atherton, CA

I have not made an appointment with doctor, but I did go in for a pre consultatio but I did go in for a pre consultation. He is very nice and very easy to talk to. The only thing I didn't like was that he was pointing out more areas of my nose that he thought would be better looking on me, then what I initially asked for. It made me self conscious and I didn't think that was necessary. He told me my nose was a bit big for my face, and no one has ever told me that. I never even thought that about myself. I just don't think its right for them to do I just don't think its right for them to do that because if I was any other person, & I had a really low self esteem, I would have been been in the operating room the next day, and I think that's how these surgeons get you to do these things. They know that we live in a superficial world and we strive for perfection so they make us think if we don't have the perfect nose to their standards then it's not even worth it. Just a little heads up when searching for any surgeon. Good luck to you all and let us learn to love ourselves exactly as we are, as long as it's not detrimental to your health. I'm all for plastic surgery if it will really help you but don't let the superficial world dictate your worth. However, the doctor is very sympathetic and has a very nice demeanor. The staff is also very kind. Good luck
