I had 34a cup breasts, I am 5ft 2inches and have a petite frame. I felt as though my figure was child like and wanted breasts to make me feel more womanly. I wanted them to be in proportion, discrete and was determined to not be too 'top heavy'. I had 270cc implants, teardrop shaped, under the muscle and insertion had to be underneath the breast (due to teardrop shape).
