I am using Dr. Nakamura, because he came highly recommended by 4 people who I know personally. Everyone that has used him has been 100% satisfied. My grandmother used Dr. Nakamura 15 years ago. When we went in for our consult, we felt right at home. His entire staff is super sweet and I felt safe. I will have surgery at their surgical center in Arlington, Texas.

Hey friends! PO day 16 here. I haven't been able to upload any videos at my mom's house, but I am uploading one to my youtube channel now (txmommyofboys) of PO day 13. I am going to do another video here in a few, when the hubs gets out of the shower. We are headed out to eat and to the mall for a bit. We did the deed last night (PO day 15) and it was FANTASTIC! lol I could feel the tension building up! :P Anyways, feeling good today, I havent even needed Tylenol yet (it's noon). My kids are back home and we start back with (home)school tomorrow, so I need to get all that set up and ready. I went on a 3 hour shopping trip yesterday at Target, but I sat in the scooter the whole time. I was worn the heck out though afterwards, and pretty swollen. I slept on my side a bit last night & it was great. Sides are swollen this morning though. I will update more now that I am home!

Oh how I have missed your video's. I busted out laughing at the end of post op 16 video. LOL You look really good. My PS told me that I could get a CG to wear after they put me in the binder. So I went to Kohls and I tried on the exact same garment you are referring too. OMG! It was awful and I havent even had my surgery yet. So I thought there is no way I am getting this baby over my incision comfortably after surgery. So I ended up getting a corset style kind. You just wrap it around you and then it has like hook and eye's fasteners all down the front of it. That is kinda a pain but once its on its great. This way I dont have to pull and try to get this really tight garment on me it just wraps around. It might be something you will want to check out. I have a pic of the one I bought on my page. I plan to take it to my pre-op appt. on March 5th to see if it will be ok to wear. I hope so. I dont like the others. Happy to see you are doing well and I hope all goes well with getting back in the swing of things tomorrow. :)
Oh my gosh and how could I forget to mention it was hilarious of Brad, oops excuse me, "henry" to start of your video. What a character that one! It was nice to put a face with all the comedy so thanks. :)

Good morning friends! I slept pretty good last...

Good morning friends! I slept pretty good last night. It took me hours to fall asleep but once I did it was good sleep. I only woke up 2 times to potty. It's 11am and I am actually still in bed watching tv haha. I will be posting a new video later tonight when brad gets here. We decided to come stay at my mom's for the week. .. closer to family & people can xome visit me. We live an hour from everyone & I was feeling sick or there lol. Plus is closer to brads work so he can swing by and check on me. Oh & its 10 minutes from the dr office. I have my 2 week post op visit tomorrow. I am hoping I can get cleared to drive and start walking around the block (or mall!). Feeling good today. My upper and are still somewhat sore. I would say about a 2 pain scale wise. In the evening I am more hunched over. Still not 100% upright but it gets better everyday. I will get some pics when this lifetime movie is over haha! !!

Yay, your back. So glad that your healing is going well. When you weren't on I thought you had a set back. I was getting ready to call my doc and cancel my surgery that's set for this Wed.
