My gums have been red and swollen around the lumineers. I hate going back to the dentist and have waited several years but now my gums are getting ulcers from all of the irritation and my smile looks like a horse.

Great review?

Dear brockbank, I am so sorry to hear about your result; as a lecturer and instructor on Lumineers for 15 years, these results are not correct. It sounds like your Lumineers were not finished correctly. I can sit here and explain it to you but I don't think it would help you. I know it has been a while since you posted this, I recommend that your dentist go back and finish/polish the gum margin of teeth/Lumineers. Hope this helps, David SIlber, DMD

I'm so sorry to hear you are having a hard time with your Lumineers. Do you happen to know if your dentist had to prep your teeth at all (remove any of your natural tooth) to place them, or were they actually done completely prep-less?
