Tip is So Un-natural After Revision Rhino

I had a revision (open) rhinoplasty a little less than three months ago. I wanted to shorten the length of my nose (from the profile); head on, it was perfect. There was no issue with my tip being too low or too high. I went to the best surgeon in my state.
The tip of my nose is still severely swollen!!! My concern is that it appears to be severely over-rotated-- it is extremely high, the angle is very un-natural looking. This is considering that it has already come down a bit. How horrible!!!!I am very worried that it will not come down enough or any more. Any advice? Is this common? Will it come down substantially further? Please help!
