I had a ba in August 2010 375cc under the muscle silicone, was 34b went to 34c some bras 34d. I am 5'6 125lbs with a small frame and these were just to large. My right breast has been bothering me for over a yr, it's a little higher and more firm. Ps says is not cc, hardened scar tissue pushing implant upward said he could surgically remove some of the scar tissue but I just want these out they are annoying as hell. Hate that tops and jackets don't fit properly in bust area, just want to be me again. Uncomfortable sleeping on right side and just hate them. Glad I found this site, as even though they will be saggy as they were a little before after 3kids age 40 just would rather be comfortable in my own skin. Very nervous how they will look after, but I just wants to do it. Seems so many of us feel the same way.

Had my explant Thursday 9/27/12, and am 4 days post op. Surgery went well, I didn't mind the local at all had no issues with that, they look how I expected them to look after looking at the photos on this site wrinkly, deflated and flat on the top. By day 2 the wrinkles were gone still deflated hoping for some fluffing but I don't think they look horrible and am very glad I got them out. I found them to be very uncomfortable and was even more self conscious with them in. In fact if I look in true mirror you can't see my incision under the breast. The incisions are becoming itchy though as I have been wearing a sports bra no stop 24/7, the worst thing was I found sleeping to be very uncomfortable but last night was better and go to doc 10/3/12. I think that if you werent ever happy with them you would be happy getting them out but if you really liked them you probably would like how they look after. Haven't noticed much fluffing yet, can anyone tell me how long before they noticed changes. Even if they don't fluff at all I am happy how they are now than with implants and my husband thinks they look fine.

Using ps that put them in.Dr Koch was a great ps I think he was very honest about how they would look after and didn't try to talk me out of it or tell me to get smaller ones etc.

Hello, I have the same concerns post op however, there are such cute/sexy bras I think you will repackage them and be just fine :)

It's amazing how many women don't like their implants. I wish everyone would come visit the explant community before deciding to get them. Thank you for sharing your story and I hope you enjoy feeling light and free again when this is over. Please keep us posted!
