I ordered 4 body wrap packs.... Reluctantly. I have been cutting them in half and using them on my left arm only. I have done two wraps so far and I have to say, I am surprised! When I compare my arms there is a definate difference! I will tell you that I did not measure my arm, as directed, only because I do not have a tape measure. However, the difference in the two arms is noticable. I had put the wrap on, placed Saran wrap over it and slept with it on. I will purchase more for sure. I have to say I am surprised!
