“Great Experience - Alexandria, VA”

Today I went in to have my upper and lower abs done. I was a little nervous at first, but Dr. Segev at the American Lipo Center made me feel very comfortable and reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt more pressure than pain throughout the procedure which is expected considering what the process involves.

Although there is still swelling, I am happy so far with my decision. I believe it was worth it. Because my goal was to remove the fat and i know the rest is up to me.

Day 3.. I am doing well still some swelling, but massaging is helping with that. I was tired the first two days but i am feeling more energetic. The compression suit and belt makes me get full faster it does not bother me to wear it. I have a some bruising which is expected. I am going to post pictures tommorrow. I am headed to work tommorrow. Planning my trip to the beach in about 4 mths. I hope to hit the gym soon. Its hard sitting still... Woohoo...

Day 7 I had some swelling right and some knots. I massage everyday which seems to help. The compression garment is not the most comfortable. I am thinking about buying one that covers more of my body. the only issue besides the swelling is just a little tired at the end of the workday. but i am very optimistic about the future.

I am now Six weeks in the process. I am seeing more results. Bought a new compression garment and it is helping. Starting back at gym and maintaining a healthy diet. The massaging helps. Will post new pics soon..

It has been over six weeks, i am still progressing in my progress. I began working out at the gym, which will definetly help. I know that it will take a little while longer to see the results that I want.
