I had coolsculpting on my mid-abdomen and love handles 3 months ago, and I've had fantastic results! I found the procedure itself to be tolerable on my love handles, but it was very painful on my abdomen. I was uncomfortable for about a week after the procedure. My results were gradual, but roughly 2 and a half months after the procedure I began to notice more dramatic results. My "after" pictures confirmed that this really worked for me! I would definitely do it again.
