I'm a 64 yr. old female, 5'7." Worked out all my life with a year off now and then and now back at gym but no longer a gym rat. At 125 lbs I am spectacular. At 145 lbs, I need to lose 10 pounds to be at my upper limit of spectacular. I developed love handles on my back at 140lbs and the one cool touch treatment eliminated them. I am in proportion with no back bulge. But, I am not the spectacular I would be at 125 to 135 lbs. I plan on using it for my stomach and my inner knees. If you're fat, lose weight. If you have pocket bulges, this is the ticket. It's a nuisance bulge corrector which makes a huge difference, not a body transformer.
