16 Days Post Op Update

Right so that huge lump i had on my left breast turned out to be the drain's pipes under some tissue, when my drains were removed the lump completely disappeared! So im very happy about that. However i have noticed that the sagging on my left breast was corrected better than my right hand side even though the left one was initially hanging lower than the right. Also my nipples were also originally misaligned (positioned to the outside of my breasts by the armpits) this was meant to be corrected by my PS as he is the one who noticed it. I am sad to say that he actually did not correct this problem. Further more, the rippling i had prior to my Revision BA which was caused by Capsular Contractures which he was meant to remove was removed but now i have rippling on top of my breasts, in the middle and a bit down the sides. So im left wondering what my doctor actually helped me achieve??!!!!! I feel like i just have bigger versions of my old sagging boobs with more rippling! (I know you cant see it in the photos but im sure after a couple more weeks it will be more evident... Also im noticing that my left breasts side profile shows it sitting well with no sagging but my right breast's side profile shows that its already got a 'boob fold'. Im worried that this means in the next couple weeks that my breast will be looking even more saggy.

What do you guys think if you look at my before and Day 16??? Look carefully at my photos to reference my before and after correctly :) Thanks

2 Days post op - Pointing out location of lump

In the one picture you will see me pointing to the location of the lump on my left breast. I'd appreciate a professional opinion on what this could be ??

Also do my breast not look like there is alot of boob in the centre and that my nipples are facing to the sides? Or will this correct itself after they have dropped and healed?

My doctor explains the procedure in detail in way that is easy to understand, he doesn't want to hear about other plastic surgeons opinions as he says it makes him biast which i appreciate. He tells you like it is and wont do anything he feels is not necessary. His is very straight forward and to the point even if you don't like hearing the truth. He likes to crack a joke or 2 and really lightens the mood. On the day of my procedure Dr Shaw was very energetic, funny and kind...it really helps for the nerves. I remember him playing opera music whilst i was being put to sleep, very peaceful and his anaesthesiologist is fantastic as well. When i woke up, my breasts were not sore, my main complaint was how sore my throat was and my drain incisions were stinging. Im now on day 2 and coping well with the pain, i only get really sore when i walk around too much and if i do too much with my arms. Oh and every time i take my pain meds i pass out lol Right now im happy with my results and time will tell what the final result holds for me.
