Hi I'm a 28 year old female from Canada who started started off having a septoplasty 10 years ago for a deviated septum. After that surgery I developed a nasal bridge collapse ( saddle nose deformity) and wanted to have it fixed before my upcoming wedding so I found a doctor who seems to have good medical background and made a consultation. I only seen a few before and after photos and they were all from on his camera. I should have asked to look at much more and wish I would
Have asked to see before and after photos of patients with my problem. I deeply regret that. Anyways I scheduled a surgery date 4 months before my wedding. When I went home after the surgery I noticed that my right nostril was sinking in about half the size of the other one so I called and asked if it was ok and was told that it was swelling which it clearly is not.
Well I'm now almost 8 months post op and my nasal tip is pinchehed, right nostril is still sunken in , nasal tip leans slightly to the left and if you look down on my nose it looks all distorted. I have had an extremely hard time excepting my results and just wish that I knew who if any surgeon could make my nose look soft and natural. I would want soo much to feel comfortable and confidant .
If any dr or person could give me any feedback I would be very appreciative. Thank you :)

I'm sorry you're not happy with your rhinoplasty. You definitely want to feel like you look your best at your wedding, of all things. Would you be able to post photos so we can visualize what you're describing?
