Breast Augmentation: Stories

Would 340 cc look natural on me? I don't want ANYONE but my husband to know so I'd like to try to "hide" them once done. I wear super padded bras now so I figure if I just wear a sports bra I would be okay? He said moderate under the muscle. It's all I can think about and am super excited!! Some 340cc pics are bigger and some smaller but I know it's whatever you start with. He said I'm a big A and I'd like to be a small C

I'm 37 mother of two and would like some volume back from Breastfeeding :)

I've had my consultation and now just saving up money. Ugh it's taking forever anyway I will be getting Silicone moderate under the muscle 340cc's I'm a 34A now.
I really want to hide the fact that I had the surgery done. I wear super padding so I'm not too worried about after they have "settled" but am worried more about the whole "frankenboob" thing...should I wait until the colder months (which means waiting a whole YEAR!!!) so I could wear hoodies or whatever or can they be well hidden in a t shirt in May? I guess every BA is different so maybe no one can answer my question, but did anyone get their surgery done in the spring and was still able to "hide" them? (Pics above)

Scheduled my BA today although its not until April 10th :/ oh well. I'm also getting a nipple reduction they sagged after breast feeding although they were always long now they are stretched. Sometimes I have to tuck them in my bra haha.
I'm more nervous about the recovery from the reduction than I am the BA. I guess I'm afraid it will hurt to wear a bra or have anything even touching them!
I'm having another consult because although he said 340 cc I'm afraid that will not be big enough? Ugh I don't know I weigh like 105 lbs and am so tiny I was thinking no bigger than 375cc but maybe I should just go with the 340. Don't you wish they could just give you a picture and say, this is what you will look like?
Anyone not a single soul except for hubby knows about the BA so I had to get on here after I scheduled it to tell SOMEONE at least :)

My husband is great at computer stuff so he "photoshopped" my wish breasts on mine. Of course i know they wouldnt turn out exactly like that with start size...etc and my nipples are horrendous and hers are not. I just thought it was pretty cool to see them on my body. Now it kinda makes me even more insecure seeing myself nude with my natural body. Bleh. Honestly its mostly my nipples i hate the most anyway i think. Not gonna lie i stare at this pic a lot. haha.

I was just curious what the drains are I'm hearing about. Some ppl say its really painful....where/what are you draining?

I cannot believe its getting so close! I am keeping this a secret so it would be nice to be able to talk and share stories with someone.
My hubby keeps sending me outfits in the mail from UPS like once a week or so, i think hes excited too! lol except so far things have been black and white. Yuck,i like color!!
So what is everyone doing to prepare for surgery?? my Pre op is March 21st so then i will finally pick out a size. My mind changes everyday when it comes to the size i should go with. I saySHOULD because what i should and what i want may be different. haha :)

All of a sudden over night my surgery is getting closer by the minute. I cant sleep i get so nervous about everything!!

Not knowing what size is driving me crazy because NO ONE can find out so that has me scared to death. I dont want to go too small, but i guess too small would be better than too big since i dont want anyone finding out :/

The recovery process is freaking me out esp the not being able to sleep on my side or stomach or anything for awhile. I cannot sleep at all unless in on my stomach or side. I went through hell my third trimester of pregnancy because i couldnt sleep on my stomach OR side.

Is something terrible going to go wrong or am i gonna die?! LOL

I have a not quite 1 yr old and a 2 yr old how in the heck am i gonna be able to pick the girls up? Esp my one yr old! Hubby is home for 2 weeks so ill be fine for two weeks at least.

I had the worse painful constipation ever with my Rhinoplasty back in 2001. Im afraid thats gonna happen again.

It sucks that implants arent "permanent" meaning yrs from now u have to go back to get them re done, AND it sucks that really at any time anything could go wrong months/yrs from implants. Its not like that with Rhinoplasty gosh i dont even remember being nervous about anything i was SO EXCITED. You do it and thats it its over. Not really like that with implants. :/
Will all that be worth it to me???
I just simply think too much. I have so much anxiety over this i get myself sick and i have a whole month from today til surgery....
Oh well, i guess all this is somewhat normal right?

Just a question for the ladies with babies or toddlers...how long before you could pick them up? I have a just turned one yesterday and 2yr old. Ugh im dreading not being able to performing my mommy duties especially my one yr old :( Hubbys home for 2 weeks so it will be fine then but how long did until you could pick them up??

Surgery in 20 days omg. What are the absolute must haves BEFORE surgery?!? Heck, even after surgery! Anyone?

Anyone else have a skinny chest w/ implants? Ugh I hate how my bones stick out and I'm afraid the implants will look terrible because of it, I want to go for a natural look. Anyone have experiences with this? I'm going to see what my ps says about it at my pre op too. I look for pics but I can't find anyone with a chest like mine!

wow my PS is amazing... after talking to him today he somehow has calmed my nerves down about everything. We decided on a final size of 425 mod plus (dang that number seems big to me haha) so i am trusting him and all I really have to do now is fill my scripts and (the hard part...) WAIT. Im so done googling pics of breasts and stuff haha it just makes me crazy!

Ok so remember when I said I was comfortable with 425? Now I'm scared again lol. Maybe that's too big? When I showed him my wish pics he said 425 mod plus. But what if those are too big for my frame? Ahhhh the madness!!! Haha I hope he doesn't ever see my posts he told me to stay off the Internet and its true everything makes me second guess! I also have a tendency to worry alot I just really wish I could get this over with.
So I triple stuff and am hoping the 425 will look similar to my "stuffing" and they def did with the sizers on in the office. Anyone else that had a BA and wanted it kept secret got "away" with it?? Or, anyone realize oh boy I can't disguise these I may have gone too big?? I don't want to wear over sized clothes the rest if my life haha but nude wise I'm sure I will love them.
Do sports bras tend to "dehance" ( Is that a word? Opposite of enhance! Lol) them?

2 more days to go and now I'm afraid ill be too SMALL!! Oh my gosh I just can't win I hate all this one day too big next day too small. I know lots of ppl are "go bigger" but I REALLY can't have ppl finding out so I really need to just stop thinking. Yea right...haha. If only he could guarantee they will look like my wish pics!

9 hrs post op....their stuff must have worn off because now the pain is starting ugh , I have 2 hrs before I can take more meds

It's only the night after surgery and I'm in HELL not just pain but mostly just sick!! OMG I hate this and wish I never got em :'(

some of you may have already know that i had a stomach bug even hours before surgery AND i am also prone to anxiety so maybe some of my severe sickness ysterday was a mix of that? Plus not sleeping for 2 days straight but last night i tried the bed and i dont know if I'm not supposed to sleep on my back or not but i did and i slept all night, at that point i didnt even care i just needed to sleep.
Also i was taking 2 percocets which maybe for skinny little me is too much?? anyhow i switched to Hydrocodone and that seems to work better.
Today is much better esp after getting some sleep just have the pressure of course and no strength from not being able to eat or keep anything down. I hope the days just get better from here REALLY hoping yesterday was the
worse.
I guess i like them i think they look a little ridiculous on my chest now but hopefully after they drop it will be ok.

So its 4 days post op and i think i am finally over being so sick, everyday does get a little better. I guess the biggest complaint would be the ab pain and my ribs (I also ended up with terrible bruising) I sleep pretty good and naturally wake up sore and my back always kills, but i have always had back problems even before the surgery.
Hubby LOVES them he keep buying me VS swim suits n stuff. The other night he played dress up (I say he because i wasent able to really move my arms that well so he put the tops on me) i totally felt like his Barbie doll haha. He was snappin pics like crazy and it made me laugh, i was like i think you like them more than me right now!
PS told me i could shower the day after but i had NO ambition to at all so i think i might today, im just so nervous about getting my nipples wet because im not supposed to.
I have these REALLY strange single lines from my crease to my nipple, almost like i had a lift, which i didnt and i think they might be really bad stretch marks :( Just one on each breast in the exact same spot and they are pretty deep, im really bummed about that but really the only one that would see is my husband so i guess it has to be ok.
Im going to post more pics later. I cant wait to try play dress up with them but im waiting until my nipples heal better (SO COOL my nipples dont droop anymore either!)

My 2 yr old saw the bruising and said "Ohhhh Mommy, poor poor mommy" and she got up i think to come kiss it and i was like no no mommy's ok!! haha cute :)

I think ive read that its normal to have tiny shooting pains in your breast as they heal? Im 6 days post op and i see my PS the day after tomorrow. The breast that the pain is in is also the side with the most bruising and it seeems a little swollen on the side , as it brushes against my arm a little bit, the other one does too a tad bit but not as much.

Had my one week appt today, he said they prob wouldnt change much, gosh i thought it took weeks for breasts to change! Do you guys notice the asymmetry? I do does it look bad?
Im feeling great just tired alot still from the meds. Went shopping for bras today but i got so tired we came right home after. My one nipple is SO sensitive omg but i love them so much, i dont have to tuck them in my bra haha!!

I'm practically 100% except for lifting, and they feel like my old boobs, like I can't even tell they are there! Except for my one nipple being super sensitive even a shirt or a sheet brushes against it and eeeeek!
My next appt is 6 weeks, my ps does 1 week then 6 weeks.
It's crazy how in clothes they don't look big at all, like nothing has changed, looks EXACTLY like my stuffing. SO happy I don't have to wear padded bras, inserts and cami's anymore!

Anyone else pretty sore on their breast still? My left one hurts on the side lots, and I try to sleep topless but it aggravates it more so I guess I'll stop doing that! Plus my one nipple is OMG so sensitive if the sheet touches it even a little I jump haha

Can't believe it's been 2 weeks! I can sleep on my side now and the soreness is gone except for my nipples being still so sensitive. Wow!
"Morning boob" only lasts for a minute or so once I'm up, I do sleep in a sports bra to kinda "protect" my nipples.
Hubby loves loves loves them, I really like them! Still kinda think they look funny on my tiny chest tho, but the boobs themselves I like.

I am out and about and I have no bra on and I love it!! No sweaty inserts movin around or sneaking up or annoying padded bras that sit there like empty shells. Haha this is AMAZING!! And nothing's gonna fall out how cool!! Lol

Oh man this nipple soreness is frustrating! It hurts to wear a bra, it hurts to NOT wear a bra and just a shirt. Band aids make it a little better but I HATE peeling them off ouch! Plus Idk I feel bad for " suffocating" them. Anyone use anything??

Also, anyone else experience like feeling like they have a sunburn on their breast and the feeling of like needles being scrapped across the skin? Ugh ouch!!

Loving them!!!!! Pretty much back to normal. I'm lifting my 1 yr old carefully and I vacuumed today (carefully) haha, my nipples are sore but not as bad. I still have yet to get fitted to see what size I am. I'm really curious!!!

I tried on my pregnancy bras this morn which are all c cups and they fit. For some reason that disappoints me? Lol is that what Boob Greed is??

100% back to normal and loving them!! My confidence has sky rocketed :) they are getting lots softer too :)

Look at the breast with the mole on it, they are different and it's upsetting me. I asked docs on here and they said things like its too early to tell or everyone has asymmetry. Am I being too picky? I know there are lots worse out there and I don't want to be ungrateful or a perfectionist but I feel bad that I'm upset over something like this when it could be so much worse. Do they look weird?

Well it's been about 6 weeks and my nipples finally feel completely normal thank god! My steri strips fell off about 2 weeks ago.
I'm still looking for some kind of nipple covers because man do they stick out!
I'm not particularly liking how they look in triangle bikini tops... They look fake and kinda weird I think. But I have to keep looking at my before pics to remember they look tons better now no matter what haha!
