Would 340 cc look natural on me? I don't want ANYONE but my husband to know so I'd like to try to "hide" them once done. I wear super padded bras now so I figure if I just wear a sports bra I would be okay? He said moderate under the muscle. It's all I can think about and am super excited!! Some 340cc pics are bigger and some smaller but I know it's whatever you start with. He said I'm a big A and I'd like to be a small C

I'm 37 mother of two and would like some volume back from Breastfeeding :)

I keep forgetting to add things! I'm 5'3 105 lbs :)

I keep forgetting to add things! I'm 5'3 105 lbs :)
What style are you getting? I used to be a 32A. Im a D now. I love them. I got Saline, contoured style, under the muscle.
Reply
He suggested silicone moderate...I haven't officially made up my mind on sizing or anything really, it sucks that I have to"hide" the surgery :/ well, I want to hide it not that I have to.
Reply
Hi Serena, you have my nieces name and with the same spelling which is rare. ;-) I think 340 cc moderate under muscle would look very natural on you. Especially if you are already wearing padded bras.

I've had my consultation and now just saving up money. Ugh it's taking forever anyway I will be getting Silicone moderate under the muscle 340cc's I'm a 34A now.
I really want to hide the fact that I had the surgery done. I wear super padding so I'm not too worried about after they have "settled" but am worried more about the whole "frankenboob" thing...should I wait until the colder months (which means waiting a whole YEAR!!!) so I could wear hoodies or whatever or can they be well hidden in a t shirt in May? I guess every BA is different so maybe no one can answer my question, but did anyone get their surgery done in the spring and was still able to "hide" them? (Pics above)
I had mine done in the spring I didn't hide them . I didn't think they looked bad . U should do in the winter so u won't miss out on spring and part of summer .
Reply
Omg then I'd have to wait until next year :(. I'd hate that haha i still haven't made my full decision yet, it changes everyday
Reply
I would imagine winter being better, but know plenty of women who have done it in warmer months and were able to hide them well. It doesn't sound like you are going that big either, so should be easy for you. Start padding a little more until your BA and that should help confuse people.

Scheduled my BA today although its not until April 10th :/ oh well. I'm also getting a nipple reduction they sagged after breast feeding although they were always long now they are stretched. Sometimes I have to tuck them in my bra haha.
I'm more nervous about the recovery from the reduction than I am the BA. I guess I'm afraid it will hurt to wear a bra or have anything even touching them!
I'm having another consult because although he said 340 cc I'm afraid that will not be big enough? Ugh I don't know I weigh like 105 lbs and am so tiny I was thinking no bigger than 375cc but maybe I should just go with the 340. Don't you wish they could just give you a picture and say, this is what you will look like?
Anyone not a single soul except for hubby knows about the BA so I had to get on here after I scheduled it to tell SOMEONE at least :)

Sorry it loaded upside down :( not sure how to fix...

Sorry it loaded upside down :( not sure how to fix that...

I think if you're wearing a super padded bra right now, no one will notice if you don't want them to in the spring time. It looks like you live in New York, so it probably won't be super warm, so you would be in t-shirts at least for a while, it may even still be chilly! It goes back & for here in MI in the spring! I'm 5'5", 118lb I got 400cc under muscle, high profile. I only told hubby, mom & sister. My dad & 10 year old daughter have not noticed any difference & I'm 16 days out today. And my dads been here helping me a few days a week with my 2 year old! I also had a scar repair done at the same time so he thinks that's all the surgery was :) Also, I was very worried about size too, I didn't want to go too big, I also was wearing add 2 cup size bras! I was an 34 A before, I was hoping to be just a nice size C in the end. I was really freaked out by the swelling at first! Already it's gone down a lot, my PS said the 400 would give me what I was looking for. Everyone on here keeps saying to trust them so I went with her opinion! Oh, and I've been wearing Ahh bra's & Genie bra's the last week since I got ton ditch the surgical bra, super comfy! Good luck with everything!

I am 5'1 about 105 - 108 lbs and also felt that I had stretchy/droopy nipples from breastfeeding. I was terrified of having super huge boobs. I had a lot less tissue than you to begin with, but I got a very small implant of 265 and I love my size now. I am the same size now wearing a sports bra that I was beforehand wearing super padded bras. No one has noticed a difference, and I think they look like I was born with them. Each person is different, but if I were standing in your shoes and if your goal is to not have obviously bigger boobs then do not go for a larger implant.

My husband is great at computer stuff so he "photoshopped" my wish breasts on mine. Of course i know they wouldnt turn out exactly like that with start size...etc and my nipples are horrendous and hers are not. I just thought it was pretty cool to see them on my body. Now it kinda makes me even more insecure seeing myself nude with my natural body. Bleh. Honestly its mostly my nipples i hate the most anyway i think. Not gonna lie i stare at this pic a lot. haha.
Lol for a second I thought that was u lol
Reply
Haha everything but the boobs! The good part lol...

Definitely looks great on you! Make sure you communicate well with the PS about what you want. I had thought I would need 450-500cc's (was actually told by another PS that he would use that amount) but I only got 360L and 385R cc's and I am now a DD. So if I had gone that big I can't imagine how ridiculous I would look. The PS I chose told me up front that He would make the decision in the OR about cc's. That he would take my Goal Photos in with him and he would get as close to that as he could. And He did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more satisfied. So look and look some more for Pics to show him. So he really knows what you want. Your gonna look great and all the nerves and second thoughts are normal. But I haven't regretted it for a moment. Good luck and keep posting. It's so helpful to all of us.

Just updating my surgery date....

Just updating my surgery date....
Hi there. I recently had a TT and somehow got over to this part of the site. I had a BA 3 years ago.....very similar build and size as you (also the nipple thing). I think I have 340 cc. Bra sizes after the BA are deceiving.... I think I look average size, small C maybe, but wear a 32 DD or 32 DDD. No one knows I had the BA because I used to wear so much padding. It's crazy how quickly you get used to the size. The first year, I kept wishing they were a tad bigger but now I like the size.....I can look bigger or smaller depending on the bra. Any questions, I would be happy to answer. Good luck :-)
Reply
Gracie did you also get a nipple reduction?!
Reply
I know what you mean: I wish there was some way to see what the implants would look like, the sizers, to be virtual. I, like you, was also thinking of getting the higher 300's but not as big as 400. My doctor recommended 300 or even 285 and I'm not so sure only because while I do want to look natural and am a pretty conservative/casual dresser, I don't want to go under the knife and regret not going big enough you know?

I was just curious what the drains are I'm hearing about. Some ppl say its really painful....where/what are you draining?
Ill have drains for 24 hours, my PS said it will significantly reduce any swelling and brusing because the excess blood will drain out instead of pooling in my body which causes the Swelling and brusing.. But I haven't heard anything too bad about them, I'm anticipating feels the pain in my breast and muscle which I think will far out weigh the pain or discomfort of the drain
Reply
And I forgot I went back for my post op the day after my surgery .. yes 1 week later seems like a long time but each PS is different I guess.

And my drains were not painful at all when he took them out. ;)

I cannot believe its getting so close! I am keeping this a secret so it would be nice to be able to talk and share stories with someone.
My hubby keeps sending me outfits in the mail from UPS like once a week or so, i think hes excited too! lol except so far things have been black and white. Yuck,i like color!!
So what is everyone doing to prepare for surgery?? my Pre op is March 21st so then i will finally pick out a size. My mind changes everyday when it comes to the size i should go with. I saySHOULD because what i should and what i want may be different. haha :)

Gosh I kept saying my surgery was Apr 2nd. Sorry, it's Wed Apr THIRD!! Haha
Hello! I'm looking for a boobie buddy too! I am planning to get my BA mid April. My husband is deployed until end of March, so wanted to wait for him to be here with me. ;) I also have to have nipple reduction/lift from breast feeding. I added my "story," but still waiting for the admin of this site to post it. ;) I'm not even an "A," so you're starting with more than me! I'd also like to be a comfy "C." I am hoping I can achieve a natural look with saline bc of the recommended MRIs every few years with silicone. So excited to have found you! :)

Wow your pics are similar I guess!! Have you found your PS yet?

LOL! Pretty sad huh? ;) I have gone on one consult. I have two more scheduled (March 7 and March 18). I wish they were sooner...

All of a sudden over night my surgery is getting...

All of a sudden over night my surgery is getting closer by the minute. I cant sleep i get so nervous about everything!!

Not knowing what size is driving me crazy because NO ONE can find out so that has me scared to death. I dont want to go too small, but i guess too small would be better than too big since i dont want anyone finding out :/

The recovery process is freaking me out esp the not being able to sleep on my side or stomach or anything for awhile. I cannot sleep at all unless in on my stomach or side. I went through hell my third trimester of pregnancy because i couldnt sleep on my stomach OR side.

Is something terrible going to go wrong or am i gonna die?! LOL

I have a not quite 1 yr old and a 2 yr old how in the heck am i gonna be able to pick the girls up? Esp my one yr old! Hubby is home for 2 weeks so ill be fine for two weeks at least.

I had the worse painful constipation ever with my Rhinoplasty back in 2001. Im afraid thats gonna happen again.

It sucks that implants arent "permanent" meaning yrs from now u have to go back to get them re done, AND it sucks that really at any time anything could go wrong months/yrs from implants. Its not like that with Rhinoplasty gosh i dont even remember being nervous about anything i was SO EXCITED. You do it and thats it its over. Not really like that with implants. :/
Will all that be worth it to me???
I just simply think too much. I have so much anxiety over this i get myself sick and i have a whole month from today til surgery....
Oh well, i guess all this is somewhat normal right?
I'm 5'2 1/2 inches and went for silicone (300cc on right and 325cc on left. You are absolutely on the same boat like most (is not all) of us. Even the night prior to surgery, I was second guessing and thinking of the worse case scenario! I knw part of that is because I hat not having control of anything and the thought of them having to put me to sleep petrified me. However, once I arrived at the hospital, the staff placed me at ease and I was able to talk to my PS for sometime to go over last minute questions and concerns I had. So all your anxiety is normal..just have faith in your PS, he has done this hundreds of times and never be shy to ask any questions prior to surgery...it's your body and money and I am sure the staff will be more than accomodating! Bets of luck to you and I hope to see more posts from you, let me know if you have any questions or concerns; I'll be more than happy to help:
Reply
Ugh, I know I have all the same concerns!!! My ba is march 29th and I'm getting more and more freaked out each day! My bf supports whatever decision I make too but I wish someone could make the decision for me lol. Ive always wanted todo this I'm just a scardy cat I guess. I'd rather be smaller than bigger too. Just cause of future revisions or the possibility o having them taken out I don't want my skin to be so stretched that it'll be saggy since my boobs are just small and perky now. I'm thinking of getting smaller implants like 275/300 cc mod plus silicone.
Reply
I have the same worries and anxiety, I keep asking the what ifs especially with the negatives. But with this site and realizing everything in life comes with risk I'm going for it, and I'm a hypochondriac lol. I did the pros and cons and the pros won. I would definitely say wait till you are 100% but then again you may never be 100%. Since I'm so anxious I've moved up my date by two weeks and I'm starting to have nightmares but mainly cause of being knocked out and the IV. In the long run I think you will be very happy when you get them and I say don't back out. With anyone finding out just play you got a new push-up bra. If I can do it it you and you have lots of support. Wish you the best :)

Surgery in 20 days omg. What are the absolute must haves BEFORE surgery?!? Heck, even after surgery! Anyone?
Make sure you shave under your arms. My armpits "disappeared" for about 2-3 weeks after surgery. I have heard this happen to other girls as well. Good luck to you, I'm sure everything will be just fine. It is SO WORTH IT! And just remember, a few weeks or months of being uncomfortable is nothing compared to the many years you will be able to enjoy them! :)

Being uncomfortable for MONTHS?? Eeek haha

Well, I'm 5 months post op, and I still get little pains here and there. My nipples are still getting their feeling back, slow, but at least its coming back. Everyone is different. Anyone else have a skinny chest w/ implants? Ugh I hate how my bones stick out and I'm afraid the implants will look terrible because of it, I want to go for a natural look. Anyone have experiences with this? I'm going to see what my ps says about it at my pre op too. I look for pics but I can't find anyone with a chest like mine!
I think you will look great!!!

Im so done googling pics of breasts and stuff haha it just makes me crazy!
SO yea thats about it! Good luck with everyone out there getting their BA's and/or recovering :)

Ok so remember when I said I was comfortable with 425? Now I'm scared again lol. Maybe that's too big? When I showed him my wish pics he said 425 mod plus. But what if those are too big for my frame? Ahhhh the madness!!! Haha I hope he doesn't ever see my posts he told me to stay off the Internet and its true everything makes me second guess! I also have a tendency to worry alot I just really wish I could get this over with.
So I triple stuff and am hoping the 425 will look similar to my "stuffing" and they def did with the sizers on in the office. Anyone else that had a BA and wanted it kept secret got "away" with it?? Or, anyone realize oh boy I can't disguise these I may have gone too big?? I don't want to wear over sized clothes the rest if my life haha but nude wise I'm sure I will love them.
Do sports bras tend to "dehance" ( Is that a word? Opposite of enhance! Lol) them?
I got 533 cc's and they are big to me but they actually look natural. Right now all I'm wearing is sports bras and they look perfect. The perfect bra. I really see no reason to wear a bra again. Especially a push up bra. :)

dont fret i am more than sure everything is going to be fine. its rough leaving them when they are so young, but its only 1 night and before you know it you will be back home resting and peeking at your new boobs!! think of it as a mini vacation and one that you deserve very much. and you are very lucky to have your husband around to help esp with the little ones. but i hear most moms are able to do little things with the kiddies right off the bat aside from picking them up. who is watching the kids while you guys are away?

2 more days to go and now I'm afraid ill be too SMALL!! Oh my gosh I just can't win I hate all this one day too big next day too small. I know lots of ppl are "go bigger" but I REALLY can't have ppl finding out so I really need to just stop thinking. Yea right...haha. If only he could guarantee they will look like my wish pics!
Hello lady! I can totally relate to your stress. I can tell you that I am also small framed and had to go out today, 3 day post op for Easter service and thought, oh man, how am I going to pull this off, but the dress I bought was not tight on top and no one noticed! I think it would have been hard if I went any bigger, and I will definitely be a full C, So I would say that size would put you in the D category. That being said, if that is what you want go for it, and you can totally hide them. Looser clothes, scarves, etc. The bottom line is you are paying a lot of money to do this, so get the size that makes YOU feel like you! You can cover them up when needed. Don't stress! You will do GREAT!
Reply
Omg you think I'll be a D?? Uh oh haha :/ ok now I'm afraid of too big what the heck lol
Reply
Serena - I really would not worry too much .. like I said I have 34DDD's and they are EASILY disguised. No one knows I have had anything done .. they truly are not that big unless I want to make them look big. I hope that makes sense! Good luck! Do another review with your doc, remind him/her of your wish boobs and if you had to choice I would always say to go a little bigger. 25 or 50 ccs is NOT a big difference! ;)

Hang in there! The first few days are tough but you are looking really good! Valium helped me a lot because of the freak out but especially to get me to relax and sleep. I slept the first two days just so I could make it thru. If your dr didn't prescribe anything for the emotions I would call him for something. I haven't heard of many of us that didn't use a little help to relax from the roller coaster. Hope things look up for you, sweetie!

Hey all
some of you may have already know that i had a stomach bug even hours before surgery AND i am also prone to anxiety so maybe some of my severe sickness ysterday was a mix of that? Plus not sleeping for 2 days straight but last night i tried the bed and i dont know if I'm not supposed to sleep on my back or not but i did and i slept all night, at that point i didnt even care i just needed to sleep.
Also i was taking 2 percocets which maybe for skinny little me is too much?? anyhow i switched to Hydrocodone and that seems to work better.
Today is much better esp after getting some sleep just have the pressure of course and no strength from not being able to eat or keep anything down. I hope the days just get better from here REALLY hoping yesterday was the
worse.
I guess i like them i think they look a little ridiculous on my chest now but hopefully after they drop it will be ok.
ok gotta rest more, ttyl and thank yo all SO MUCH for your concerns!!

So its 4 days post op and i think i am finally over being so sick, everyday does get a little better. I guess the biggest complaint would be the ab pain and my ribs (I also ended up with terrible bruising) I sleep pretty good and naturally wake up sore and my back always kills, but i have always had back problems even before the surgery.
Hubby LOVES them he keep buying me VS swim suits n stuff. The other night he played dress up (I say he because i wasent able to really move my arms that well so he put the tops on me) i totally felt like his Barbie doll haha. He was snappin pics like crazy and it made me laugh, i was like i think you like them more than me right now!
PS told me i could shower the day after but i had NO ambition to at all so i think i might today, im just so nervous about getting my nipples wet because im not supposed to.
I have these REALLY strange single lines from my crease to my nipple, almost like i had a lift, which i didnt and i think they might be really bad stretch marks :( Just one on each breast in the exact same spot and they are pretty deep, im really bummed about that but really the only one that would see is my husband so i guess it has to be ok.
Im going to post more pics later. I cant wait to try play dress up with them but im waiting until my nipples heal better (SO COOL my nipples dont droop anymore either!)
Hope everyone else is healing well or if your BA is coming up, good luck!!

I think ive read that its normal to have tiny shooting pains in your breast as they heal? Im 6 days post op and i see my PS the day after tomorrow. The breast that the pain is in is also the side with the most bruising and it seeems a little swollen on the side , as it brushes against my arm a little bit, the other one does too a tad bit but not as much.
PS Did you wind up going with the 425mod? I know you started at the 340, then you talked about the 375...then the closer you got to your surg date you increased it to 425. I'm 5'5" 121# & was going to go with 300 or 325HP, but maybe checking into mod+, trying to stay as natural looking as possible... I'm obsessing about it! AGHHH! Again, hope you are feeling better & your results are beautiful! :) -KL

Im feeling great just tired alot still from the meds. Went shopping for bras today but i got so tired we came right home after. My one nipple is SO sensitive omg but i love them so much, i dont have to tuck them in my bra haha!!
Thanks to everyone for the compliments, i love reading them :)
You are looking great and I wouldn't have noticed the asymmetry and still don't. I love love the pink bralette, super cute with the new boobies! Glad you are feeling well, 19 days for me, can't wait the anxiety is killing me and hope the pain won't.

I'm practically 100% except for lifting, and they feel like my old boobs, like I can't even tell they are there! Except for my one nipple being super sensitive even a shirt or a sheet brushes against it and eeeeek!
My next appt is 6 weeks, my ps does 1 week then 6 weeks.
It's crazy how in clothes they don't look big at all, like nothing has changed, looks EXACTLY like my stuffing. SO happy I don't have to wear padded bras, inserts and cami's anymore!
Hey there! I think your girls will still change over the next several weeks so I would not be too concerned until you are about 6 months post op. Then if you are still unhappy you could go in for a revision. I may even wait a solid year before I judged them. ;) As for massaging .. check with your PS because everyone is different. I started massaging mine from day 2 and mine have been soft and squishy from the start and never say too high. Some surgeons think massaging doesn't do a thing and others swear by it. Everyone heals at a different pace. Congrats though because they look AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply
Thanks so much :)
Reply
Really, I'd recommend that unless your PS has told you when and how to start massaging, DON'T DO IT. The techniques listed below I have seen on here but they are different from what *my* PS has *me* doing - mine doesn't want me pushing them UP at all. Only your PS knows how he created the pocket, what his protocol is, etc. I didn't start massaging til my 2wk appt, and they've been dropping just fine - yes, the right is still a touch slower, and he told me that at my month appt he may have me stop massaging altogether or he may have me continue with just the right... Take home message is just to follow your PS' direction and plan - you trusted him (or her) with your surgery - trust him with your recovery, too, and try not to get too wrapped up with what others on here are doing. Be patient - the healing process just takes some time! Just my opinion, for what it's worth....

Can't believe it's been 2 weeks! I can sleep on my side now and the soreness is gone except for my nipples being still so sensitive. Wow!
"Morning boob" only lasts for a minute or so once I'm up, I do sleep in a sports bra to kinda "protect" my nipples.
Hubby loves loves loves them, I really like them! Still kinda think they look funny on my tiny chest tho, but the boobs themselves I like.
They look AMAZING!!! Hoping mine look that good!!! Taking your pics to my pre op tomorrow!! :)

Ok this made me check "worth it" lol
I am out and about and I have no bra on and I love it!! No sweaty inserts movin around or sneaking up or annoying padded bras that sit there like empty shells. Haha this is AMAZING!! And nothing's gonna fall out how cool!! Lol
They are beautiful

You don't have anymore soreness?? I'm am still really sore and it freaks me out not to wear a sport bra, just feels weird. I only rested my first 2 days PO and was go go go after that so maybe that's why. My PS said its normal and even normal for some soreness for up to 4 months PO... I'm just annoyed with it and want it to go away already!! Glad you're feeling so good!!

My nipples are sore as hell :/ in the morning they are but really the breasts themselves aren't bad at all. Also I should mention I was wearing those tank top/cami's with the shelf bra thingy built in. So I did have some support but I don't really see those as bras ya know? Sry you are still sore!!

Oh man this nipple soreness is frustrating! It hurts to wear a bra, it hurts to NOT wear a bra and just a shirt. Band aids make it a little better but I HATE peeling them off ouch! Plus Idk I feel bad for " suffocating" them. Anyone use anything??

Also, anyone else experience like feeling like they have a sunburn on their breast and the feeling of like needles being scrapped across the skin? Ugh ouch!!
What bra size did you end up with?

Haha I don't even know yet! I wear large/x large sports bras (depending on the brand) I'm actually afraid to ask for a bra fitting for some reason, like they are going to judge me or something. I mean, are u completely topless when you get it done? I'm clueless

If you find anything that helps with the nipple sensitivity, do share ;) Oh my gosh, I have it real bad too. Same as you where it's painful to wear a bra, painful not to wear a bra and have my shirt rub on them. I just wish I could be topless! I didn't have a nipple reduction but man, they're sore and way too sensitive right now. I'm also still pretty sore at the incision area.

Loving them!!!!! Pretty much back to normal. I'm lifting my 1 yr old carefully and I vacuumed today (carefully) haha, my nipples are sore but not as bad. I still have yet to get fitted to see what size I am. I'm really curious!!!
You look amazing!! I hope my results are as great as yours! Congrats!

I tried on my pregnancy bras this morn which are all c cups and they fit. For some reason that disappoints me? Lol is that what Boob Greed is??
You look AWESOME!  Get fitted at Nordstrom NOT Victoria Secret! You will probably be larger than you expected. ;) VS fitted me at a 36D (womp) and Nordy's fit me at a 34DDD!!!!

You look amazing!! I have a question..I'm 3 weeks post op, when do your nipples stop standing at attention? Just got the steri strips removed and still in a sports bra...it's going to be an interesting couple of days I'm thinking!

Look at the breast with the mole on it, they are different and it's upsetting me. I asked docs on here and they said things like its too early to tell or everyone has asymmetry. Am I being too picky? I know there are lots worse out there and I don't want to be ungrateful or a perfectionist but I feel bad that I'm upset over something like this when it could be so much worse. Do they look weird?
You look phenomenal! I don't see major assemetry at all. Everyone has slight assemetry and having implants makes it a bit more noticeable. I have the same exact slight assemetry. I would not have noticed yours at all unless you mentioned it and I then was trying to see it. Perfect results :-D

You look so good! Try not to worry too much!

Seriously...they're perfect! Were you perfect before? I mean symmetry-wise? I know I'm sure not and will be asymmetrical post-op but I'm ok with that. I would have to have a lift on one boob of I wanted them perfect (then obviously the would be MORE imperfect with one having a lollipop scar!). Don't panic!

Well it's been about 6 weeks and my nipples finally feel completely normal thank god! My steri strips fell off about 2 weeks ago.
I'm still looking for some kind of nipple covers because man do they stick out!
I'm not particularly liking how they look in triangle bikini tops... They look fake and kinda weird I think. But I have to keep looking at my before pics to remember they look tons better now no matter what haha!
I loooooove your new boobs. I had the same concern about you...not wanting anyone but hubby to know so i opted for smaller but now i regret it as they are too small...

Thank you! I should prob do an update since its been like almost 4 mos, I don't think they hand changed but maybe they have haha

Hi! I have 2 little kids, 2 yo (more like a 18 mos old though) & a 4.5 yo...just wondering how it was with them being around after your surgery? When your husband was gone how was it lifting them at all? I'm pretty sure I will go to Miami where my sis lives for surgery so I don't have to worry about the kids jumping all over me. I'll be sad to leave them but won't have to disappoint them when mommy can't play. Your 6 week results look great!

I'm sorry if I bring up any concerns, but have you ever considered that they may be bottoming out? I can see that your nipples are moving up higher on the implant and can now see the scar underneath as well
Reply
I don't think she has any bottoming out . Look at her before pics and she got mod profile . I had bottoming out and I just don't see it on hers .

I also wondered if they were bottoming out? I didn't think that until the last pictures.

Hi Serena - you look lovely! Like you I am hoping to keep my BA 'secret' (me, hubby and surgeon). Am wondering how that went in your case - did you manage to keep it secret? How have people reacted if they've guessed?

Honestly it was a piece of cake I was shocked how much they didn't look different. I think because I double stuffed months before. I've been to reunions, weddings and stuff and not one person has said a thing. But now as of yesterday I found out I am preg so now I'm freaking out they are gonna get huge and ruined :(
Reply
Wow! Congrats on the baby! I think you'll be fine, is this your first? I talked to my docs about what would happen if I had a baby after and most of them told me it would depend on how much I gain etc and that my mom might be a good source of info there. Did you go under the muscle? don't stress, stay positive, you look great, I have the feeling it will be just fine.

4 months post op now PREGNANT! :'( I'm going to look ridiculous?!

This was not a plan pregnancy and was even on birth control, I'm more concerned how I'm gonna look during pregnancy and when milk comes in I'm going to look like a freak and I'm scared ppl will notice I got something done because of how huge they will get :(
Hello, you look great. These is the look I'm looking for, it's so natural looking. So you got the moderate profile under the muscle with 400 cc right? Since you trimmed the nipples did you lost any sensation, and how soft do they feel is there a big difference from natural breasts. Please update more pictures, thank you for sharing!!

Just checking in to see how you're doing during your pregnancy. There are a few other members that got pregnant before, during and after procedures: luvmyhuskies and Gbaby1031. We'd love to hear an update!

Jeffrey Rockmore

I researched lots of plastic surgery places and doctors. I know plenty of people who have had the same procedure done by other doctors and so my first thought was to go to them, but after all the research i did, Dr Rockmore was by far my favorite and after my consultation i didnt have to look any further, i know i found my doc! For me, i had so much anxiety getting the procedure done but Dr Rockmore always had a way to put my mind at ease. In fact just him walking in the room and seeing his face i had this sense of calmness come over me. Dr Rockmore is very professional, honest and very informative about everything. I would highly recommend him!! I call him an artist, not a plastic surgeon :)
