I want to look and feel better about myself. I am very nervous about being 5'7 and 180 lbs going into this!!! However, I started out at 253 lbs. Will I be happy with my results!! Will i be ok if I lose 15-20 lbs after surgery? I feel great at 155 lbs, but I'm struggling trying to get there. Need opinions from others who have been here!!!

Hi Sherry and welcome! You should ask your PS about the weight lost...But from what I've been reading around here, folks are saying it's okay to lose weight before n after... What date is your surgery set for?

Surgery was yesterday...needless to.say, I'm a little out of it. However, not hurting as bad as I expected!
