I am just starting my 3rd week with my 2nd set of trays. The first week was hard because the trays were very tight but I took Advil and got through it ok! After about the 4th day the soreness wore off and I started getting use to the trays. They fit onto your teeth well and I talk as I normally would no lisp or anything like that. I will give an update after week 4.
