Breast Lift and Augmentation

After two pregnancies, one of which was with twins, my breasts ended up extremely droopy. I went from a small B to a DD when my milk came in when breastfeeding my children. (I will post pics soon) My husband and I discussed having them fixed when our kids got a bit older and I decided to meet with Dr. H in Birmingham, Alabama. I am excited and nervous about the upcoming surgery, and cannot wait to finally have some nice breasts!

The lift wasn't bad at all!I'm so glad I did it!

Thank you for the encouragement. I am 8 days away from the surgery, and started to get a bit nervous last night. I am looking forward to having some nice breasts though. ;-)

It is day 3 after surgery and I am posting pictures that husband took this afternoon. I am still extremely swollen and they will look better after the implants drop. (probably in a couple of weeks) I am in a bit of pain today, but every day is better than the last.

Thanks so much for posting your update and pics! I hope your recovery continues to get better and better!

I hope they keep getting better. I am worried about the symmetry and the swelling. The pain has gotten better today. I am still having a hard time sleeping all night, but I can at least rest some. I hope that they get better. I would love some encouragement from others that have gone through this already. I am very emotional and feel that I did the right thing, but I worry about the end results. Anyway....more pics to come in a couple of days! ;-)

I am 16 days post-op now. The past few days have been so much better. I am able to lift my hands above my head, but not fully extend my arms when doing so. The pain has dramatically decreased and I think I am seeing an improvement with the swelling. I will be glad to see the doctor next Friday, as I have a few worries and questions. I am concerned about the glue that they used to adhere the steri-strips, as I believe to have had an allergic reaction to it or the steri-strips themselves. (You can see the rash in the pics) Anyway, my overall attitude is positive, although being concerned about the swelling and rash. Can't wait to start buying pretty bras and a few new tops.

Due to the recent tornado damage Alabama has had last week, I had to miss my 3 week post op visit. I am very concerned that one of the breasts still looks very high. I took pics and sent my PS a text message with my pictures and I have yet to hear from him. Lines were down and there is a possibility that my text message was lost in cyber-space, but I also called my PS's office today and haven't heard from anyone. I am very frustrated. Has anyone else out there experienced one breast that is very swollen, but has dropped and the other breast not as swollen, but hasn't dropped?
hey jm4 how are you loving your new body parts? =) any updated pix ?

This seems to be the place I need to be right now. I feel like they are whacked out and I can't wait to see the doctor today because he is supposed to show me about massaging. My right has seemed bigger than the left the whole time too even my husband mentioned it and being right handed was my way of thinking also. It's a fact, I mean I try to force myself to switch hands when running the sweeper but it's not easy to do.
