After 15 Years, I Decided to Get Rid of the Pouch for Good - North Plainfield, NJ

After 15 years of hating what I look like naked.I had a full tummy tuck along with lipo to the flanks and waist on Friday the 13th,that's March 13, 2009.

I'm a very active person, lift weights, jog or walk on the treadmill 5 days a week, and no matter what I did I always had the saggy pouch .so on the outside everyone always thinks I look really great for being 37 years old with 2 children but of course they don't see what I had seen. I hated my bulge and my late husband was always telling me that he love me no matter what and he didn't see anything wrong with it, bless his heart, but reality is you have to be happy with yourself.

I can tell you that I'm very happy with the results already. I'm 5 "4 and weigh 140 pounds, the swelling so far hasn't been that bad, which is great.

I can tell anyone that is considering having one to know that Yes you are going to need some help ,I would say for the first 3 days especially. You have to tell yourself , this too shall pass. After a week, I started feeling better being able to get up without so pain, now I'm on day 11 and I'm getting up with no problems, I'm still a little crouch over , but it gets better every day.
