Accutane did wonders for my son's skin. However, he became depressed, said he wanted to kill himself and got into a fight at school which ended in a 3 day suspension. This from a kid who gets all A's and doesn't even fight with his sisters. We stopped the Accutane and he returned to "normal". Please use cautiously!!

Just be careful. I know some people have no problems with this medication, but my son was not so lucky.
