Hi, I am scheduled for breast reduction surgery on Feb.16/2012,next Thursday.I am 40 yrs old,and decided it was time to get rid of some of my excess breast weight,i am a D40 at the moment.I chose to have it done because I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and indentations from my bra straps,and also they sag quite a bit.My Dr told me it would be covered by B.C. medical...so long story short,here I am waiting,a little nervous but excited at the same time.The Plastic surgeon who's doing it is well rcognized for be an exceptional surgeon,and he is super nice as well.One more thing I did before hand,is to have my first mammogram done,just to make sure there were no surprises on the day of surgery,glad I got it done because they thought they saw something on my left breast but it turned out to be nothing,thank goodness.I have posted a pic of my before,and then I will post an after when the surgery is done,can't wait to have smaller,non-sagging breasts,going down to a C40.Thanks memegirl...Had to put the expected cost at $5000,it wouldn't let me put free in the box,just a geusstiment.

well its been about 5 weeks since my BR surgey,everything is good,vry happy with the results,very perky now,did have some suture seperation around right nipple,but never got infected.I posted a pic of the new girls stll a little tape left in some areas.I can't wait to wear those strapless summer tops...well that is when the sun decides to arrive.Take care .Glad I did it : )
